Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Senior Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, manage social media accounts, and create content for social media. Other responsibilities include managing public relations and communication channels, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to improve Business-To-Customer outreach and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transformative marketing strategies.

• Responsible for creating innovative marketing campaigns across multi-channels, including social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Responsible for the design and creation of key marketing collateral, including pitch desks and presentations.

• Conduct market research and analysis, assisting with event planning and ensuring new marketing ideas are implemented.

• Employ CRM and data analytics tools to create targeted email campaigns and personalized communications.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, gain competitive insights, and uncover new opportunities in the education sector.

• Participate in and support student recruitment events, which may require flexibility in working hours.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably with education agency management involvement.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

• Demonstrated ability in developing and executing marketing plans, with a preference for experience in higher education or experiential marketing.

• Analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and making data-informed decisions.

• Creative and strategic thinking skills, capable of innovating and adapting in a fast-paced setting.
